Katie Maloney and Tom Schwarz put their four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom Valley Village home on the market on Thursday for $2.749 million.
Just over three years after the Vanderpump Rules stars, who confirmed plans for divorce earlier this year after 12 years together and two weddings, purchased the 3,593-square-foot Los Angeles property for $1.925 million, they hope to cash in on a $824,000 profit as they prepare to divide their assets.
According to the listing, which describes the spacious Cape Cod contemporary as a “celebrity-owned property,” the house boasts tons of natural light and an open-concept main floor.
The home’s front room has space for seating.
Inside, stunning beams and coffered ceilings can be found, as well as wainscoting and European Oak floors.
The formal living room boasts an arched ceiling.
In addition to security, the home has been wired with built-in surround sound.
The professional-chef’s kitchen features plenty of counter space and a huge island with enough room for three chairs.
Outside of the kitchen is a walk-in pantry, as well as a butler’s pantry.
Connecting to the kitchen is a family room with a custom entertainment center and built-in cabinets.
Pocket doors open up to the outdoors.
Katie and Tom’s master suite has high ceilings and a fireplace.
A balcony overlooks the backyard and pool.
In the master bathroom, which is draped with marble tiling, is a soaking tub and standing shower.
The master suite also boasts a sizable custom closet.
The walk-in closet has dark cabinetry.
Three additional bedrooms are also located on the second floor, each of which have their own bathroom.
Bringing the outdoors in are glass pocket doors, which provide a seamless transition from the family room to the home’s covered patio.
A fan and fireplace can be found within the patio.
Also outside are a pool and spa.
Katie and Tom moved out of their marital home earlier this month. And, a short time later, Katie showed off her new apartment on her Instagram Story.
Around the same time, on an episode of her Dear Media podcast, You’re Gonna Love Me, Katie admitted she was “struggling and hurting at times” as she embarked on her new life as a single woman.
Vanderpump Rules season 10 is expected to go into production sometimes in the coming weeks.
